I have used a modified version of the CHEAKS. I appreciate the comprehensive nature of the tool, and that it asks about attituides and behaviors. In my experience, the scale is not very child-friendly, especially for younger children. I have also tended to adapt the tool by making it specific to the teachings of the program evaluated. However, using this framework is very helpful.
