Very clear, concise, would be easy to administer in a classroom. For tracking purposes might be beneficial to have children mark gender to see if attitudes are different. I don't feel that self reports ie the what do you think physics is section are beneficial, and they can be difficult to measure. I would use this tool in my practice.
